I love going to BRO! They have very friendly staff in all the areas of the clinic and they take great care of me. I am almost done with my first set of braces and I know I will be back for the next round. Plus my mom loves the waiting room :) - J

The staff is great! They are so friendly and professional. They take care of the patients and the parents. I love the fact I can get my nails done onsite while my son is getting taken care of.
They were really nice and gentle when putting braces in,it was a painless process.
Felt very welcomed, and they made sure we were comfortable. Took the time to understand what we wanted out of this experience. Overall super nice staff and so helpful too!
