I love going to BRO! They have very friendly staff in all the areas of the clinic and they take great care of me. I am almost done with my first set of braces and I know I will be back for the next round. Plus my mom loves the waiting room :) - J

The staff is great! They are so friendly and professional. They take care of the patients and the parents. I love the fact I can get my nails done onsite while my son is getting taken care of.
Blue Ridge is a family to every single person who walks though the doors. They are very helpful to make sure that everything goes smoothly so possible. They want us to enjoy having braces and other things as well. They are so positive about what they are doing and the patient and the worker have fun doing it as well. Dr.Roberts is very personable. He doesn't try to rush up his work on you. He isn't all snooty, and he asks you how you are doing and what your plans are. And he doesn't just care about himself. And the staff is awessssommmmmeeeee

Blue ridge orthodontics is a wonderful orthodontic facility, they are not late taking you back for your exam, they give you great things to do while you're waiting, and they let you set your own date for an appointment. They are easy to work with and give great tips for your oral hygiene.
